A Message From The Owner

Hi my name is James Norris and I am the owner of Premier Moving Services TX. We want to set ourselves apart from the rest by showing that we truly care about our clients. How do we do that? We do that in our actions. Plain and simple. We put our clients needs first. This is actually the reason I started this company in the first place. I worked for other larger moving companies in Houston and realized that this idea of the client first had simply been lost. Faith had been lost, horror stories written, and I knew that this could be fixed with a simple pivot in the way we treated our clients.

I knew that I could provide a moving service that put the customers needs first and restore some faith in the moving industry as a whole. We are by no means perfect, we learn as we go as with anything else in life, but we literally live by one motto here. It just simply boils down to doing the right thing. If we break something we admit to it and replace it. At this point we have completed thousands of moves, and have never canceled or no showed not once. We have even done moves for free to those who simply just needed some help, and had to choose between purchasing medicine unexpectedly for a sick son or moving.
